Background & Challenge

Benin’s procurement system was highly manual, fragmented, and lacked the governance needed for digital transformation. The government aimed to modernize by introducing a centralized e-GP system to improve access, reduce costs, and combat corruption.

Our Approach

  • Solution Model Advisory: Guided the government in selecting the most suitable e-GP implementation model based on local constraints
