The challenge was to ensure accurate property valuations, reliable credit checks, and up-to-date land information, all while maintaining secure and efficient data flows between systems.

Evolve developed a comprehensive integration solution that connected FCC Paragon’s referencing system with key external APIs:

 

  • Right Move Property Valuation API – for accurate and automated property valuations
  • Call Credit Reference Bureau API – for real-time tenant credit checks
  • Government Land Services API – for verifying property and land information
  • The system was designed for reliability, security, and seamless multi-source data consolidation.

Outcome

The integrated platform enabled FCC Paragon to process tenant and landlord references faster and more accurately. Data from multiple sources could be accessed in real time, improving operational efficiency, reducing errors, and supporting better decision-making for clients.
